Because RauriGlow operates using a dropshipping model, some products may ship directly from third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier location, shipping carrier, and customer location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time.
Multiple Shipments
Because products may be fulfilled by different suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information may be provided by email when available. Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear after your package has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. RauriGlow is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@rauriglow.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
RauriGlow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, supplier issues, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at Support@rauriglow.com, and we will assist you in reviewing the tracking information and contacting the appropriate carrier or supplier when possible.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, RauriGlow is not responsible for stolen or missing packages.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.
