At RauriGlow, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because we sell beauty and health products through a dropshipping model, our return and refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and compliant with applicable U.S. consumer standards.
Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of beauty and health products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products unless they are defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, RauriGlow will cover return shipping costs when applicable.

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
